We've just installed a tweak that will keep your unread posts marked as unread even between sessions.

there is also a new button at the top of a post it looks like this it's the "Mark post as unread" button. If you want to come back to something just hit this button and the thread will be marked unread for you to come back to at another time.

it's in the trial phase, so please let me know if you notice any odd behavior from the board.
